These are my beliefs on creation.Genesis 1:1says, "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." This shows that God did create the earth and that some cosmic coincidence created the earth. Evolution is impossible And I have a ton of info to back this up. One creationist said that the probability of evolution is equivilent to the solar system being filled with monkeys, and all of the monkeys are working on rubics cubes and every one of the billions of monkeys solve the cube at the exact same time. Obviously this is ridiculous yet scientists all over the world are selling themselves to this outrageous theory. Scientists buy into the theory of evolution because that is what they've been taught as kids. When they make discoveries they base it on evolution and work from there. This explains why creationists can find the exact same information about the earth and come up with different facts. Creationists base their information on inteligent design and on thousands of years. I too believe that the earth is about six thousand years old. When evolutionists say that fossils prove that the earth is millions of years old, they are just slapping on numbers, and the truth is that they weren't there and there is no literature proving that the earth is thousands of years old. Back to the whole fossil thing, when Mt. St. Helens erupted tons of magma and other stuff enveloped plants and animals and fossils were made in a matter of hours. Yet evolutionists still hold to the belief that it takes millions of years to make fossils. Another thing to debunk evolution is the whole missing link stuff. How can there be humans and monkeys and nothing in between if we evolved from monkeys? Anyway this post is about what I believe and not about what I don't. I believe that God created the world in three literal days. Why do people question if ,in Genesis, a day is a literal day, when the other times it mentions days in the Old testament people don't question it. People don't question if Joshua walked around Jericho for seven million years.
In conclusion I believe that everything in Genesis is literal. Amen.
I agree with what you said. I like the examples of that you gave about what the evolutionists say. I think that you made a lot of good points. I like what you said about how nobody questions how long days are in the rest of the Bible. I think that is a really good point. Good job, I enjoyed reading this.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your post. Evolution is a pretty pathetic excuse for a theory if you ask me...
ReplyDeleteI get what you're saying about why do we all question whether or not each day was actually a 24 hour day; 60 minutes in each hour. But i'm just curious...do you believe in the Young Earth Theory?
And one more question...what do you mean when yousaid that you believe that God created the world in three literal days?...
Other than that I agree with what you said here...
Hello Christian,
ReplyDeletei agree with a lot of the things you said. I too believe that evolution is very weak and also far fetched. I admire the knowledge that you have shown about evolution.
I also agree that people should just take the Genesis account and not question it. If we spend too much time questioning everything we will miss the bigger picture. We can ask God all these things when we get to heaven.
One question though, if you say the Genesis account is literal, why do you say God created the world in 3 literal days when Genesis said he created it in 6 and rested on the 7th??
Hey Christian
ReplyDeleteI agree when you say that the Genesis account is literal. You are totally right about evolution. It just is not possible.I think that it is great that you gave examples! Your knowledge is great! You put a lot of description into your writing. Great Job
